Belt Estate Agency Ranked No.1 for Property Sales Again in 2025

For the fifth year running, Belt Estate Agency has been ranked the number one selling estate agent in Bridlington, according to independent Rightmove data.

Based on sales agreed between 1 January and 31 December 2025, Belt Estate Agency secured 291 agreed sales, outperforming 41 competing estate agency offices across the YO15 and YO16 postcode areas. This places Belt firmly 1st out of 42 offices for the year.

The figures, provided by Rightmove using its internal advertiser statistics, confirm what local buyers and sellers already know: Belt delivers results.
