Hannah Jewitt MNAEA – Director
Hannah is the director of the company. She conducts most of the valuations, dealing with sale progression, preparation and marketing of new properties. Hannah understands that selling and buying can be a big event for most people and she believes communication is the key to conclude matters and minimise stress which can arise from buying and selling. Hannah has her Propertymark qualification in residential sales and is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents.
Ruth Shepherd – Sales Progressor
Ruth is our sales progressor and joined the team in 2016. Ruth ensures a seamless communication between all parties throughout the process with an honest and direct approach. Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, brokers, and other estate agents to assist and update you on the progress of the sale.
Elliot Day – Sales Negotiator
Elliot joined the team in 2020 and has his level 3 qualification in business administration. He is often out on viewings, preparing and marketing of new properties and dealing with clients on a day-to-day basis liaising between vendors and buyers. Elliot has a personal and friendly approach and enjoys building relationships with people and delivering great customer service.
Amanda Rowe – Sales Negotiator
Amanda joined the team in 2021 after previously working for a builder’s merchants for 28 years. Amanda has lived in Bridlington all her life and has always been interested in buying and selling property herself. Amanda is well placed to show clients our properties and give advice on the local area.
Jayne Palmer – Sales Negotiator/ Administrator
A member of the office since 1985. Jayne is a valuable member of our office and supports all roles. Principally involved in administration duties, ensuring the smooth running of our office. She takes pride in working for a long established local company and maintaining our high standards and reputation.
Lucy Biggin – Administrator
Lucy joined the team in 2021 and is based in the office mainly dealing with administration, the preparation of brochures, booking viewings and speaking to clients.
Janice Clennell – Viewing assistant
Janice joined the team in July 2024 and her role is providing exceptional customer service and assisting potential buyers during property viewings. Janice has good local knowledge of the area and is always happy to welcome and guide prospective buyers helping them to find a new home.
